I’ve Been Where You Are
I had my first child at 19, was married, bought a house—doing all the things I thought I should. Then, when my child was two, I went through a messy divorce while still at university and starting my first business. By 25, I was a single parent working 80-100 hours a week, running a business, and burning myself out in the process. At 26, I hit a breaking point and realized I needed to rethink my whole life.
It took me two years of recovery to figure out what my real priorities were. Eventually, I closed my first business and found a new way of working that allowed me to be home with my children, home educate them, and still provide for our family. That’s why I created the Strategic Self-Care Toolkit – to help you create a life that reflects your priorities, without sacrificing one part of your life for another.

I’ve been working with resilience for over 15 years, and in 2017, I began working with clients to help them apply it to their lives. Since then, I’ve worked with over 100 clients through high-touch, personalised mentoring, workshops, and courses.
