Advent has long been one of my favourite parts of Christmas – the anticipation (of what I’m not really sure because I’m really not that fussed by Christmas itself!), the little moment of joy everyday when you get to peek behind the door…

So, this year, I’m doing an advent calendar for you lovely lot. You’ll have to provide your own chocolate if you’re a fan of the new fangled ones but otherwise, just sit back and enjoy your countdown to Christmas with a whole host of tools, tips and tricks that will help your business to run more smoothly next year.

Some of the doors will be a straightforward business tool, others will be a book or talk or quiz recommendation that will help you to understand yourself more or to tackle an issue on a personal level that has been holding you back.
