Hi-de-Hi Campers!

How did you get on yesterday?  Did you work out which tendency you fall into?  If you’ve no idea what I’m talking about, check out this post to find out

So, what’s behind today’s oh so gorgeous summery door??

It’s The Continuum Concept!

This seems like a somewhat odd choice for a business related calendar but let me explain…

So very many of my clients struggle with imposter syndrome, low self esteem, a feeling that they don’t matter, that they are not really worthy of all the good things they want in life.

The Continuum Concept (TCC) gets right to the heart of this.  Written by Jean Liedloff, primarily as a record of what she observed when she went to live with the Ye’kuana Tribe in South America, reading TCC was the first time I really understood how much of what we experience is as a result of societal norms rather than personal or even familial behaviours.

The Continuum Concept shows us how different life can be if we start from a place of believing that everyone, ourselves included, is welcome, worthy and wanted.  So much good stuff flows from that point.

Have you read The Continuum Concept?  What stuck out the most for you?  Any major changes you made as a result?  Don’t forget to hop on over to my facebook page, comment below or drop me an email if you want to join the conversation!
