If you’ve worked with me, it’s entirely likely I’ve already encouraged you to go and take this test!  It is such a useful framework to help you understand how you work and why.

Gretchen theorises that we all fall into one of 4 categories when it comes to meeting expectations.  Understanding which one can be massively helpful when it comes to managing your workload, meeting deadlines and getting co-operation from others.
